Kathy Figlewski
<br /> Kathy has been working at the South Naperville KinderCare since January of 2014. Previously, she was a Center Director at the Bolingbrook KinderCare and an Assistant Director at the Darien KinderCare. Kathy has had many years experience working with children of all ages. Upon graduating from Carthage College with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, she taught grades 3, 4, and 8. From 2003-2007 she was the Director of Dyslexia Institutes of America, where she did therapy and testing for children and adults with dyslexia. Kathy also worked at Pleasant Prairie Renaissance School, where she taught Prekindergarten. In 2011, she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Capella University. Kathy is very passionate about her job and feels that education is very important! She is an avid sports fan, loves spending time with her family, and traveling with her husband!

Jessica Flammini
Ms. Jessica has been working for KinderCare since 2014 and joined our South Naperville team in July of 2015. She attended Eastern Illinois University and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She has been working with children for many years through babysitting, volunteer programs, and coaching. Jessica also spent time teaching children English while she was studying abroad in Spain. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing softball, spending time with her family, and doing outdoor activities.

Ms. Mackenzie
Ms. Mackenzie graduated from Aurora University in 2003. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Administration. Mackenzie started working at KinderCare in 2010 with the school aged children. Since then, she has become very diverse within the center. She now holds the lead position of our Infant classroom and enjoys this age group tremendously. Mackenzie lives in Aurora with her husband and two boys, Cameron and Aiden.

Ms. Mary
Ms. Mary joined the South Naperville KinderCare team in 2015. She is currently working towards getting her Child Development Associate. She has had many years of experience working with children in home daycare. She enjoys coming to work every day seeing the smiling faces and being the "human jungle gym" to them. Ms. Mary is a proud mother of five and a spoiling grandma to twin boys. In her free time, Ms. Mary loves baking and doing arts and crafts.

Ms. Michelle
Ms. Michelle joined the KinderCare staff in 2014. She graduated from The University of Illinois in 2010 with her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently working towards her Masters in Early Childhood Education and will graduate in December 2016. Ms. Michelle lives with her husband and their two cats, Poe and Lacey in Lemont. She loves working with the infants and making them smile everyday! In her free time, Ms. Michelle loves to bake and decorate cakes!
